1. What are the payment methods available?
We offer various kinds of Payment Methods as shown below:-
Card Payment (Visa or Mastercard), Online Banking and eWallet via Adaptis.
2. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log in to your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
3. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in the email that was used to register the account in the box. Click Submit.
A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
4. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
5. How long does the delivery usually take?
Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery Area: We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia (unless otherwise stated).
- Delivery Time: Typically within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
- Pickup: Orders marked for self-collection must be collected within the stated time frame.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- Please ensure the delivery address and recipient details are accurate to avoid delays or loss.
6. How long can your butter cookies last?
Our butter cookies can last 3–4 weeks in airtight condition.
For the best texture & fragrance:
- Store in a cool dry place.
- Avoid direct sunlight & heat.
7. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
At Somïa, each pastry is handcrafted with care and packaged thoughtfully to ensure it leaves our bakery in perfect condition.
Once your order has been carefully packed and handed over to our trusted third-party courier partners, the delivery process is managed by them. While we do our best to prepare each parcel securely, we kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to control handling during transit.
By selecting the shipping option, customers acknowledge and accept the potential risks involved with third-party delivery.
We kindly regret that we are unable to provide refunds, returns, or replacements for any damage that may occur while the parcel is in transit.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in one specific situation:
if the wrong product was packed and sent by our team.
In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel, together with clear photos and proof of purchase, and our team will review your case with care.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to maintain the high level of quality, freshness, and craftsmanship that defines Somïa.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Each claim will be reviewed individually.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method only and may take up to 21 working days to process.
